Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our team as Process Associate, international voice process. Looking for kick start your career in information technology sector? This is the perfect opportunity. We provide 7 days comprehensive training for process associate to build and start their career and to enhance their speaking proficiency. As a process associate, you will be responsible for handling international client’s queries and understanding their needs and giving out accurate information with your excellent communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently regarding Healthcare service

· Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

· Handling customer complaints and resolving issues and conflicts

· Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the designated systems.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and call protocols during interactions with customers.

· Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualification:

· Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent (Recent graduates can also apply).

· Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Basic knowledge of healthcare services, particularly Medicare and Tricare is a plus.

· Ability to understand the client’s needs and requirement

· Familiar with basic computer application

· Eager to learn new software

· Ability to work at Night shift
