Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms. Understand client requirements and propose suitable consulting/franchise solutions. Schedule and conduct client meetings (in-person/virtual) to present services. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the consulting team for proposal preparation and presentations. Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, and networking forums. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (consulting/real estate/franchise industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
