Business Development Executive (BDE)

1 LEAP Technologies is a growing manufacturer of industrial sensors (Air Curtain Sensors, Magnetic Reed Switches, etc.). We are a lean, ambitious team, where your work will be visible and directly impact the company’s growth.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive B2B Sales Executive to generate bulk leads, close deals, and help expand our market presence. This is not a call-center role — you will own your sales process and bring creative strategies to increase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2B leads (distributors, OEMs, bulk buyers) via LinkedIn, trade portals, referrals, exhibitions, and other channels.
• Handle incoming leads but focus on bulk orders, not one-off purchases.
• Maintain leads and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
• Negotiate and close deals directly with the founder.
• Suggest ideas to improve sales and visibility of our products.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of B2B sales / lead generation experience (industrial products preferred).
• Comfortable using CRM, Excel, LinkedIn, email/WhatsApp tools.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a small team environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge or interest in industrial sensors, automation, or electronics.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + performance-based incentives.
