Job Title: Business Development Executive (Only Gurgaon / Haryana Region Candidates preferred ) Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will lead a regional field sales network to drive Zuvy's market growth and customer acquisition. You'll manage a team of 20+ field executives, ensuring sales execution, client onboarding, and market penetration for Zuvy's Ad-Tech. SaaS platform. Core Responsibilities: 1. Field Team Management - Recruit, train, and supervise 20+ Field Executives; manage performance. 2. Client Acquisition - Prospect and onboard corporate and SME clients through demos and trials. 3. Territory Development - Execute promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility. 4. Reporting & Process - Maintain CRM data and submit sales reports. 5. Training & Motivation - Conduct weekly sessions for field executives.
