About the Role

Pramukh Academy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen outreach for our flagship programs Sampurn and Sankalp. The role involves engaging with schools and colleges, building collaborations, and driving student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools, colleges, and universities to promote Pramukh Academy's Sampurn & Sankalp programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, HODs, faculty, and student bodies. Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions for awareness and brand-building. Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and tie-ups with academic institutions. Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets. Maintain outreach data, follow up with leads, and prepare regular reports on progress.

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi; regional language a plus). Confident public speaking and ability to connect with students and educators. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively for outreach.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA/PG in Marketing or Education Management preferred). Prior experience in business development, educational outreach, or admissions counseling is an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply. Experience of appearing in the UPSC/Sate PSC Civil Services/Other Public Services Examination will be preferred (at least one attempt required; candidates with Mains/Interview experience will be preferred).
