About the Role Pramukh Academy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to strengthen outreach for our flagship programs — Sampurn and Sankalp. The role involves engaging with schools and colleges, building collaborations, and driving student admissions. Key Responsibilities • Visit schools, colleges, and universities to promote Pramukh Academy’s Sampurn & Sankalp programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, HODs, faculty, and student bodies. • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions for awareness and brand-building. • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and tie-ups with academic institutions. • Work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets. • Maintain outreach data, follow up with leads, and prepare regular reports on progress. Required Skills & Qualities • Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi; regional language a plus). • Confident public speaking and ability to connect with students and educators. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel extensively for outreach. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/PG in Marketing or Education Management preferred). • Prior experience in business development, educational outreach, or admissions counseling is an advantage. • Freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply. • Experience of appearing in the UPSC/Sate PSC Civil Services/Other Public Services Examination will be preferred (at least one attempt required; candidates with Mains/Interview experience will be preferred).
