Job Description

Job Title:

- Business Development Officer (BDO) Subsidy & Loan Sales (13)

Location:

- Surat & Ahemdabad

Job Purpose:

To generate new business, guide clients on government subsidies and loans, and ensure smooth application and approval processes.

Identify potential clients and generate leads.
Explain products, services, and applicable schemes to clients clearly.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requests.
Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to the Sales Head.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B. Com, BBA, M. Com, MBA).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or client handling.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and client-focused attitude.

Key Competencies:

Strong client relationship and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Persuasive communication and problem solving mindset.
Organized and efficient in reporting and follow-ups.

Note: Vehicle is required for travel purposes.
