Role: Business Development Executive (B2C)

As a Business Development Executive for our B2C vertical, you’ll be the face of Visa2Fly to our customers. You’ll drive growth by converting leads into happy travelers, building relationships, and ensuring our customers get the smoothest possible experience.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with B2C customers (leads from marketing/website/partnerships) and convert them into potential clients.
• Educate customers about visa processes, travel products, and our offerings.
• Handle inbound queries and proactively follow up with leads to maximize conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Work closely with marketing and operations to align sales strategies and improve customer experience.
• Track and report daily/weekly sales performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 0.6–3 years of experience in B2C sales/business development.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills – ability to connect with customers.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with numbers.
• Self-starter with a positive, hustler mindset.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment (fast pace, dynamic roles).
