Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. Daily tasks will include strategic planning, communication, and collaboration with healthcare providers to expand our client base and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong Business acumen and strategic planning abilities
Excellent Communication skills and client relationship management
Experience in Account Management
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Compensation:
Fresher: up to 1.96lc
Experienced: up to 3.1lc
Performance-linked earning capacity
Incentives up to (Subject to achieving targets as per the Sales Incentives Policy)
Retention Bonus after 12 months (The employee should be active and not resigned from the company at the time of Retention Bonus Payout)
