Job Summary

Business Development Executive

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking. 
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. 
  • Conduct product/service presentations and client meetings. 
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. 
  • Follow up on leads and close business deals. 
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and client information. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to meet customer needs. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. 
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions. 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools. 
  • Knowledge of sales funnel and B2B/B2C selling techniques.
