Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks and learning.
Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute ideas for team and company growth.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Generate leads using platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate lead information.
Understand the companys services to craft effective sales pitches.
Assist in developing and refining sales strategies to meet business goals.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to build relationships and drive repeat business.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns.
Help manage and monitor social media accounts, content creation, and engagement metrics.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
Communicate professionally with clients to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Build rapport and nurture long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
Prepare sales proposals, marketing materials, and presentations as needed.
Support the marketing team in maintaining documents and marketing collateral.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Familiarity with IT services terminology (e.g., websites, apps, software).
Proficiency in LinkedIn, email communication, Microsoft Excel, and social media tools.
Good time management and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
