AR Robotics is expanding, and we're looking for dynamic, driven, and communicative individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives across multiple locations ! 🎯Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) 📍 Locations: Candidates must be based in the listed locations (Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Rayagada, Koraput, Angul, Kalahandi) ❌️ Closed vacancy for Balangir, Keonjhar, Jajpur, Ganjam. 👥 Experience: 0-1 years of experience 💸 Salary: Upto 15K + Incentives + TA 👉 Responsibilities • Conduct field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities. • Meet potential clients/customers, present product/service offerings, and convert leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to the team. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and events. • Maintain accurate records of visits, client details, and sales progress using CRM tools or company formats. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. 👉 Key Skills We're Looking For: • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Passion for client interaction and business growth • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude • Ability to quickly understand business processes and solutions 👉 Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or a related field. • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Effective negotiation and presentation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
