Business Development Executive

Experience : 2+ Years

Location: Coimbatore

Shift : Night Shift


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Identify healthcare clients such as clinics, hospitals, and billing companies with RCM needs.
  • Present and explain RCM services including billing, coding, AR follow-up, and payment posting.
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and discussions with decision-makers to understand their requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and follow up consistently with prospects.
  • Build strong client relationships and coordinate with operations teams for smooth onboarding.
