You will work with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, and corporates, presenting them with exclusive property investment and leasing opportunities. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with HNI, NRI & corporate clients. Understand client requirements and recommend the right residential or commercial property solutions. Handle commercial leasing discussions with businesses and institutions. Conduct client meetings, site/property visits, and presentations. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiations → deal closure. Consistently achieve and exceed sales & leasing targets. Stay updated with real estate market trends, leasing demand & competitor offerings. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or commercial leasing. Strong communication and presentation skills in Telugu, Hindi & English. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented, and a resident of Hyderabad.
