Conduct client meetings, site/property visits, and presentations. Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → negotiations → deal closure. Consistently achieve and exceed sales & leasing targets. Stay updated with real estate market trends, leasing demand & competitor offerings. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or commercial leasing. Strong communication and presentation skills in Telugu, Hindi & English. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
