Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region.

Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually.

Create and execute account plans for all the customers and update them on a quarterly basis.

Develop new customers in the assigned region by using a solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls. Planning and forecasting of sales on a weekly/monthly/quarterly, and yearly basis for assigned customers

Increase in-house business shares in existing customers. Responsible for conducting presentations for key customers.


Job Requirements :

  • B.E., Diploma, MBA (in any stream) is preferred.
  • 2- 3 Years of Experience in the field of Industrial Automation, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Food Processing, etc.
  • PLC, HMI, SCADA, Servo, Sensors, Components, Basic Knowledge.
  • Conveyors, Robotics, Safety, Vision Knowledge (Added Advantage).
  • Experience in dealing with OEMs and EUs.
  • Experience in dealing with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, and System Integrators.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • Efficient Negotiation Skills.
  • 10 - 30% Overseas Travel.
  • 60 - 70 % Travel within the region assigned.
