Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contacting potential clients & develop new customers for Structural Steel Detailing Services (using Tekla structure & other Softwares).

- Generating and pursuing sales leads, prospective clients using cold calling, mass communication emails & other sales techniques.

- Possess professional business telephone communication skills, and excellent
verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.

- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts at Fabricators, General Contractors & Engineering Firms in order to get access to new opportunities.

- Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels
of activity to achieve calling and lead generation quotas.

- Management of End to End Business Development process starting from lead generation to closure.

- Responsible for business development and full sales cycle including deal closures,
strong negotiation and account management targeting corporate.

- Achieving quarterly targets and responsible for identification of opportunities,
mapping and prospecting them for conversion.

- Introducing Project Manager to client and handing over project info to facilitate
smooth transitioning of project responsibilities.

- Managing the execution of Project from pre sales client communication to the
deployment of project & further Post Sales efforts for repeat business as well as identifying the areas for new business with existing Client.

- Pursuing and maintaining new business relationships.

- Research prospective clients and turn them into potential accounts to increase business revenues.

- Provide market intelligence and feedback regarding current & future market situation.

- Experienced in writing business proposals.

- Generating Leads, moving the opportunities through the sales cycle.

- Building a relationship with them over a period of time.

- Keeping the pipeline strong by strong follow up.

- Taking the lead to the closing stages.

- Be willing to work in US SHIFTS.

- Identify and develop key marketing strategies for acquiring new customer and company growth.

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA / BE in Civil/Mech Engineering / Business Administration.

- 5+ years in Business Development / Sales of Structural steel detailing services.

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate
technical concepts in a clear, constructive, and professional manner to non-technical users

- Have at least 2+ Years in B2B Sales / Outbound Sales Experience in US / Canada Region.

- Should have good relations with key contacts at Fabricators, General Contractors &, Engineering Firms.

- Exceptional Negotiating skills.

- Good Customer relationship management.

- Stay Updated about current market trends & should be able to anticipate future market trends.

- Should have potential to anticipate best opportunities in volatile market conditions.

- Should be able to anticipate potential threats for business.

- Should be a team player who builds synergies along with execution teams to deliver best solutions to the customers.
