Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a driven and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. If you're passionate about sales, eager to grow, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across email, live chat, social media, and other digital channels—responding promptly and professionally.
• Guide clients through the business incorporation process, ensuring a clear, seamless, and confident experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with ongoing digital campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all client communications and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support new clients after the sale to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term relationship building.
• Proactively generate, qualify, and nurture leads—focusing on building lasting relationships with potential clients.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred fields: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a Diploma in Business, Sales, or Marketing)
• Experience: 0 to 1+ years in business development, sales, or marketing (internships and academic projects count!)
• A proven interest or background in meeting sales targets and closing deals
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation
• Exposure to working with senior leaders or C-level executives is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and interpreting basic data reports
• A self-starter with a professional attitude and a growth mindset
