We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding our customer base for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, handling accounts, and managing operational tasks related to administrative support, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and product demo presentations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company and enhance our market presence in the Dynamics CRM sector. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. Identify and develop relationships with potential customers across various industries. Sales & Account Management: Manage and build relationships with new and existing clients. Responsible for handling accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for product demos and sales discussions. Product Presentations: Deliver impactful and tailored product presentations, demonstrating the capabilities and benefits of Dynamics CRM solutions to prospective clients. Address customer pain points and showcase how our solutions can solve their business challenges. Accounts & Financial Management: Handle basic accounts, including payroll and expense tracking. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial records. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales and business development team. Assist in managing daily operations, preparing reports, and maintaining CRM systems. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the software/technology industry. Strong knowledge and experience in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Basic understanding of accounts, payroll, and expense management is preferred. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Key Competencies: Strong negotiation and sales skills. Customer-centric with a passion for problem-solving. Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets. Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies and processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the CRM or technology industry. Freshers with exception academic performance, interpersonal and communication skills can also be considered.
