Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads independently (no walk-in or HO leads will be provided)
  • Prospect and convert potential clients through field sales and networking
  • Only sales above

    6.5 Lakhs (including tax)

    will be considered valid
  • Use in-house estimation and proposal software
  • Coordinate with Branch Manager for daily updates and guidance
  • Focus on learning processes during the initial period (no fixed targets)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (Silver Envoy level)
  • Responsible for minimum

    1 sale booking initially

    (token collection)
  • From initial months, target

    2 sale bookings per month

  • 100% on-site work from branch office

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification:

    Graduate (Any discipline)
  • Experience:

    Fresher or 1–2 years in sales / business development
  • Skills Required:

    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong interest in sales and field work
    • Ability to generate and close leads independently
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
