We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive outreach initiatives for Google campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective outreach strategies aligned with market trends, client pain points, and solution offerings.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, leveraging the Google brand.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities across targeted industries and personas.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Google stakeholders.
  • Present product value propositions to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Proactively seek and qualify new leads in the market.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the enterprise sales team.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Achieve defined sales targets and objectives.
  • Design, execute, and report on marketing campaigns to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Googles products and services.
  • Promote success stories and share them with targeted companies across relevant industries and territories.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
