Role & responsibilities

For Engineering Company - (2.5 LPA to 4.5LPA - Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply - FEMALES WITH GOOD PRESENTATION SKILLS ARE PREFERRED

  • Generate qualified leads via cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Run and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io or similar email automation/database tools.
  • Drive lead generation and appointment setting to meet assigned targets.
  • Research target accounts and build customized outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and activity data.
  • Collaborate with technical and presales teams to support proposal and pitch efforts.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product offerings and relevant industry trends.

For Branding & Creative Agency -

  • Explore and secure new business prospects within domestic and global markets for branding, marketing, and creative services
  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with CXOs, Marketing Heads, and Brand Managers from various sectors
  • Tailor brand solutions to meet client requirements through personalized branding, digital marketing, and design strategies
  • Work closely with creative and strategy teams to craft engaging proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, proposal sharing, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Serve as the ambassador for WOOW Communications in client interactions, virtual meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and deal advancements
  • Fulfill revenue targets and provide regular sales performance updates to management
  • Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor landscapes, and industry benchmarks in branding and communications.

Preferred candidate profile

For Engineering Company -

  1. 1- 2 years of experience in international IT sales (North America/Europe markets).
  2. Strong understanding of Product Engineering Services: o Electronics product design o Embedded systems development o Software, Cloud, and Mobile app development
  3. Hands-on experience with email outreach tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
  4. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving lead generation targets.
  6. Strong research, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
  7. Ability to quickly grasp new tools, processes, and technology offerings.

For Branding & Creative Agency -

  1. Demonstrated 3-6 years of experience in business development or client acquisition within a creative/branding/advertising/digital agency
  2. Proficient in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  3. Sound understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and digital campaign intricacies.
