Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospects and guiding them through the existing tech landscape. With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their career goals and identify how our programs can help them achieve success.

Above all, the role requires a committed attitude towards achieving daily targets, ensuring consistent follow-ups with prospects, and unlocking new possibilities through personalized guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospects and guide them through available upskilling opportunities.
Follow up with existing prospects to ensure conversions and explore new possibilities.
Understand customer needs, career aspirations, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Maintain a consistent inflow of leads and ensure daily inputs/outputs meet targets.
Represent the brand with a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Desired profile:

An undergraduate degree in any stream (B.Tech preferred).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong passion for sales and target achievement.
Basic knowledge of IT services and/or learning solutions (LSQ).

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in K12 or higher education domain.
Proficiency in handling tech products.
Experience handling ticket sizes above 50K.
