Job Description

Prospect and engage with direct brands in the finance, fintech, and lifestyle space to
convert briefs into high-impact influencer campaigns.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand partnerships, from outreach and
negotiation to closing deals.
Own and deliver on monthly revenue targets through successful conversions and renewals.
Design innovative, data-backed influencer marketing solutions tailored to brand goals and creator s audience insights.
Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and long-term partnerships with existing clients.
Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Track and optimize campaign ROI using analytics to drive better results and client retention.

What We re Looking For :

Strong background in business development, client servicing, or brand
partnerships, ideally within marketing, media, or influencer ecosystems.
Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue through strategic collaborations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience
Prior exposure to lifestyle & fintech brands is a plus.
