Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a results-driven Business Development professional responsible for leading growth initiatives in India, focusing on generating leads and acquiring clients from enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs). This role requires strategic thinking, strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of the Indian market, staffing industry, and enterprise sales environment. Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development efforts to expand technology and staffing services across India, targeting direct clients and enterprises, including GCCs. - Identify, generate, qualify, and convert quality leads from enterprises and GCCs to establish a robust sales pipeline. - Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans in alignment with company growth objectives. - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and clients in the staffing and enterprise segments. - Collaborate with recruitment teams to efficiently meet client staffing requirements and ensure high client satisfaction. - Conduct continuous market research to stay informed about staffing industry trends, enterprise needs, and GCC market dynamics. - Support and oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and deal closure. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records. - Participate in representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. - Provide mentorship to junior business development and sales team members as needed to enhance team performance. Qualifications: - 5-6 years of demonstrated experience in business development, with a strong focus on enterprise business acquisition in India. - Proficiency in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management geared towards enterprises and GCCs. - Preferably possess a good understanding of the Indian staffing landscape and GCC market structures. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Results-oriented with a solid work ethic and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Education: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.,
