Business Development Engineer

As a Marketing and Sales Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various processes and activities in marketing, new product development, sales, and customer services functions. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing market plans and strategies to promote company products - Prepare effective presentations on business development opportunities - Inform superiors about identified business opportunities - Develop strong customer relationships through personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, emails, etc. - Maintain and nurture relationships with customers for future business growth - Assist in preparing quotations - Collaborate with internal teams to achieve targeted business goals - Assist in conducting trade shows and other marketing campaigns - Support in preparing invoicing and dispatching activities - Update sales and marketing documentation to meet Quality Management System (QMS) requirements - Communicate relevant project information effectively to superiors - Regularly update quote log sheets - Update sales orders in Tally Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of plastics engineering and/or medical devices - Commercial acumen In addition to the above responsibilities, you will need to possess the following personal qualities and characteristics: - Good written and communication skills - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Strong work ethic - Effective people management skills Join us at our company and be a part of our dynamic team!,
