Job Description

Business Development Manager (360° Brand Integration)Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected professional to spearhead brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations. This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue and scaling our presence in the branded content and IP ecosystem. If you thrive in building relationships, closing deals, and crafting innovative brand experiences, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure brand partnership deals across diverse sectors (FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, tech, etc.).
  • Build and execute custom campaigns leveraging influencers, artists, events, and branded IPs.
  • Leverage an existing network of brands, agencies, and decision-makers to generate opportunities.
  • Strategically drive multi-channel revenue growth — ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful proposals, decks, case studies, and campaign models.
  • Actively network on LinkedIn and industry platforms to create a strong lead pipeline.
  • Ensure seamless execution and reporting while maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in brand partnerships or business development.
  • Strong relationships with brands, CMOs, and media agencies.
  • Expertise in brand-influencer-artist synergy and campaign ideation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of brand activations, IP sponsorships, and influencer campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication, proposal-making, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented approach to work.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience with talent management, event IPs, or influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Connections with D2C, startup, and youth-focused brands.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
