Business Development Cum Marketing manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and drive sales growth.

2. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote roofing sheet products and increase brand awareness.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the roofing sheet industry.

4. Product Promotion: Promote roofing sheet products through various channels, such as trade shows, exhibitions, hoardings, dealer boards and digital marketing.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams, product development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective business development.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management: Manage and maintain the brand image and reputation of the company.

2. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

3. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Any Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Minimum 3–7 years of experience in the roofing sheet or building materials industry.

· Strong knowledge of sales and distribution in the hardware/construction sector.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes.
