Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English and have the ability to create and design innovative workflows, identify gaps in open-source ERP platforms such as PrestaShop, Odoo, and Shopify, and develop new modules or plugins. This role involves overseeing daily team developments and driving growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis & Strategy Development.
• Create and design efficient workflows tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
• Oversee day-to-day team activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the development team to enhance productivity and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Design and propose new modules or plugins, addressing identified gaps in existing software platforms.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Proven experience in software business development, preferably with open-source platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and design innovative solutions.
• Experience in creating workflows and managing teams effectively.
• If selected, you will undergo a three-month internship with a basic stipend, which may transition to a full-time position based on your performance.
