Business Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
• Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain and manage lead pipelines, follow-ups, and closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and execution
• Track and report progress against targets and KPIs
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is an added advantage
