Job Description

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at PS Real Estate India in Thane, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenants. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reporting to Sales Managers - Conducting Site Visits of interested clients - Managing negotiations with Owners and Tenants for deal closures - Generating leads through offline real estate network - Pitching Azuro Property management solution to property owners and on-boarding them - Assisting in property marketing to generate leads - Maintaining and updating databases of daily activities - Assisting in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English and Hindi - Proficiency in MS Office - Customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills - Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence The ideal candidate for this position would be a graduate from any discipline with 1 year of sales experience in any industry. Freshers are also welcome to apply. In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect a fixed package of 3-3.5 LPA along with uncapped incentives based on sales performance. Additionally, there are goal-based auto-appraisals and promotions every 3 months with a 10% hike for each goal crossed.
