Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the business. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You will be tasked with researching and identifying potential clients and business prospects. Utilizing various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking, you will generate leads and conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs. Presenting customized business proposals to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients will be essential in your role. To excel in this position, you must meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Keeping accurate records of sales activities and client interactions is crucial, as is collaborating with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. While proven sales experience is preferred, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Being goal-oriented and self-motivated will greatly contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day and morning shifts, with additional bonuses based on performance and annually.
