Business Development (cold calling)

You will be joining our Sales & Demand Generation team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Jaipur, India. Your primary responsibilities will include outbound cold calling, data profiling, and lead qualification to generate a high-quality sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize outbound cold calling techniques to engage potential leads and qualify sales opportunities. - Prior experience pitching AWS Cloud or similar services is preferred. - Conduct data profiling and research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers. - Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and customer information. - Collaborate with the Sales & Demand Generation team to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities. - Build and nurture relationships with prospects, scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. - Utilize prospecting tools such as Apollo and Eazyleads to enhance lead generation. - Track leads, conversions, and sales performance through Excel reports. - Stay informed about industry trends, cloud technologies, and competitor offerings to enhance sales effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales. - Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to handle objections, engage prospects, and build rapport. - Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Eazyleads, or similar prospecting tools is advantageous. - Proficiency in Excel reporting for tracking and analyzing sales data. - Background in cloud sales or IT solutions is preferred.
