We are looking for a Business Development & Client Servicing Executive who is creative, innovative, strategic, client-friendly, and solution-oriented to strengthen our business activities and client relationships.

Job Title: Business Development & Client Servicing Executive
(Hybrid mode : 4days Office & 2days Remote in a week

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive business growth, manage client relationships effectively, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their requirements, and provide effective solutions.
  • Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, updates, and support.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate creative and engaging content strategies to keep clients active on digital platforms.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
  • Scheduling & Documentation: Organize client meetings, maintain records, and track project progress.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Client Servicing
  • Strong social media management and digital marketing knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
  • Highly creative, innovative, and client-oriented

Qualification:

  • BBA / MBA / Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Client Servicing
