Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, market expansion, and client relationship management, preferably in Agriculture, Poultry, Cattle Field. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in Noida and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
