You are urgently hiring for a sales position based in Gurugram with a salary range of 2.5LPA to 4LPA. The interview mode will be Face2Face. Your role and responsibilities will include providing detailed information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, resolving customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner, and collaborating with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. The preferred candidate profile for this role includes 0-4 years of experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively, basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree are preferred.
