Location: Okhla, New Delhi

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Junior Business Development Executive with over 1 year of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth strategy of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads in B2B segments
Pitch products/services to prospective clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Assist in proposal development and sales presentations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Requirements
1+ years of experience in B2B business development/sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Must be willing to work from the Okhla office (Hybrid/Onsite based on requirement)
Should be an immediate joiner or available within 7 days
