Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure timely conversions.
  • Present and explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update client information in CRM or relevant tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare and share periodic sales reports with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong sales knowledge with proven experience in lead conversion.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident in making calls, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
  • Good follow-up discipline and target-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
