Work Time: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM | 25 Days/Month
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 + Lucrative Incentives

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for driving business growth through consultative selling, strategic outreach, and client relationship management. Freshers With communication Skills can also apply. Degree on Papers dont make you millionaire, so just come with good skill and intention.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, messages, and online outreach.
• Present company services and close deals with confidence.
• Build strong relationships with clients and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets with strategic consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Strong communication & presentation skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to grow fast.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Previous sales/counseling experience is an added advantage.
• Freshers with high energy and learning attitude are welcome!
