Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Associate. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and service partners, conducting market research, and developing and executing sales strategies. The role also includes working closely with internal teams to achieve business goals and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategies, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other Sales Tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the home services industry is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South
