As a Business Development Executive at Uniantechno, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand our offerings and create tailored solutions for potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Present, promote, and sell company products and services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system. Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
