Your Role:

As a Business Operations Executive, you will:

• Assist in planning and coordinating travel itineraries, packages, and bookings
• Liaise with customers, vendors, hotels, and transport partners
• Support lead conversion and client onboarding processes
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure timely documentation, follow-ups, and reporting
• Learn hands-on how real tourism businesses run and scale

What You Bring:

• Mandatory: IATA Certification (Fundamentals / GDS / Advanced)
• Good communication & coordination skills (English & regional languages)
• Proactive attitude with a love for systems, travel, and people
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven, high-growth setup
• Basic understanding of tours, packages, and booking workflow
