Internship Description

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales who arefluent in English and Telugu. This role involves driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.  The internship is performance-based, with a stipend directly tied to achieving monthly targets ranging from ₹2.5 to ₹4 lakhs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
•  Meet or exceed monthly sales targets of ₹2.5 to ₹4 lakhs
• Present and pitch our legal services to potential clients in a professional and  persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with the legal team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

•  6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in legal, financial, or service-based industries).
•  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
•  Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
•  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
•  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
•  Candidates residing in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana will be given preference.
