Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities by conducting market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and emerging trends. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating new leads through various channels such as networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM system - Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients - Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to achieve sales targets - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities - Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives In order to qualify for this role, you should ideally possess: - Master's degree (Preferred) Experience in: - Business development: 1 year (Preferred) - B2B Marketing: 1 year (Required) Language proficiency in: - English, Hindi, and Marathi (Preferred) License/Certification: - Driving Licence (Preferred) Location preference: - Nashik, Maharashtra (Preferred) Willingness to travel up to 50% is preferred.
