Job Description

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - College partnerships: Connect with and conduct direct meetings with TPOs and other decision-makers of colleges to build strong partnerships and onboard institutions onto the company platform. - Lead generation: Engage in various lead generation activities including influencer marketing, job fairs, campus events, and digital campaigns to identify and attract potential clients. - Lead qualification: Ensure all generated leads are properly qualified and categorized under different parameters before passing them to the sales team. - Cold calling & outreach: Perform targeted cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients to drive engagement and conversions.
