About the Role:

TechEunoia International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying potential projects, drafting persuasive proposals, and closing deals through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively search for new business opportunities on major freelancing platforms
• Prepare customized and professional proposals based on client requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams for accurate cost and time estimates
• Handle client communication, project discussions, and negotiations
• Maintain records of bids, follow-ups, and conversions
• Achieve monthly bidding and revenue goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in online bidding
• Excellent command over English (written and verbal)
• Good understanding of IT services and digital solutions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Only candidates from Agra or nearby areas will be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,422.20 - ₹25,713.98 per month
