Position: Business Development Associate Work Location: Bangalore, India Education: B.E / B. Tech- Mechanical Experience: Fresher/ up to 6 Months Work Timing: 3PM-12AM Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and LinkedIn. Generate qualified leads for the business pipeline. Assist in maintaining and updating the lead database regularly. Client Outreach & Communication Assist in initiating communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls under supervision. Support the senior BD team in follow-ups and appointment setting. Support Sales Campaigns Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to run targeted outreach campaigns. Help create presentations, proposals, and pitch materials. CRM & Reporting Update CRM tools with lead details, call logs, and follow-up status. Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and assist in performance tracking. Collaboration & Learning Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and delivery. Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about products, services, and industry trendsespecially within the US market (experience or interest in US geography is a plus). Market Research Conduct basic research on industrial equipment manufacturing sectors such as Industrial Machinery, Material Handling, Construction, Agriculture, Hand Tools, Conveyors, etc. Analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in relevant industries. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
