Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Business Development Executive Internship,

Training & Corporate Partnerships Experience: 01 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can act as the bridge between colleges, IT companies, and our internal technology team. The role involves promoting internship programs to colleges, building hiring partnerships with IT companies, and generating new opportunities for software development projects. Key Responsibilities: College & Student Engagement:

  • Connect with colleges and universities to promote internship and placement programs.
  • Explain the benefits, structure, and collaboration process to college management, placement officers, and students.
  • Coordinate internship onboarding, training schedules, and feedback collection.

Corporate & Industry Partnerships:

  • Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, startups, and corporate clients for hiring our trained freshers.
  • Showcase our talent pool to companies based on their hiring needs.
  • Promote our software development services and explore opportunities to take up new client projects.
  • Understand company requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver project proposals or recruitments accordingly.

Business Growth & Outreach:

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Conduct meetings, client visits, and virtual sessions to present company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to potential partners.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and business targets.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and regional languages).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Confident in approaching new colleges, clients, and IT company stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies, training, and recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to travel to colleges or client locations when required.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline.
  • MBA or PG in Marketing / Business Development is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,057.81 - ₹24,316.34 per month
