* Department: Sales & Business Development
* Experience: 68 years in Institutional (B2B) Sales, with 3+ years team handling (EdTech/STEM preferred)
The Regional Sales Manager / State Head will lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) responsible for driving institutional sales of Robotics & AI programs across Gujarat. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution to expand market presence, achieve aggressive revenue targets, and establish STEMLearn.AI (an initiative of SpeEdLabs) as the preferred partner for K12 schools in Robotics and AI learning.
* Lead a team of BDMs across Gujarat
* Drive institutional sales for Robotics & AI programs in schools
* Build partnerships with school management, trustees & education bodies
* Plan state-level strategy & achieve sales targets
* Conduct team reviews, training & field visits
* MBA/B.Tech with strong sales leadership background
* Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English
* Strong negotiation & presentation skills
* Must be open to travel (4050%)
