IGP (India Growth Partners) by Sparklehood is a full-service execution partner for Indias fastest-growing Electric Vehicles segment. We specialize in EV charging infrastructure from site scouting to installation, commissioning, and nationwide O&M support as well as high-impact dealer and distribution network development. Learn more: igp.sparklehood.com Role Overview We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented professionals to lead dealer acquisition and development for our growing EV network across India. This role offers an opportunity to be part of the fastest-growing EV markets and work directly with leading EV brands. Key Responsibilities Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard dealers for EV 2W, 3W, and 4W in the assigned territory. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty. Market Penetration: Conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and untapped opportunities. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly dealer acquisition and sales targets through effective field execution. Training & Support: Coordinate dealer product training and ensure smooth onboarding. Reporting: Maintain and update dealer performance dashboards. Requirements Education: Graduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year in dealer development, channel sales, or B2B salesexperience in the automotive or EV sector is a plus.


Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Mindset: High energy, willingness to travel extensively, and hunger to succeed.
